SharpEar is often described as ringing in the ears or in the head . They can nevertheless manifest themselves in different ways:

SharpEar can be low-pitched, high-pitched, soft, loud, intermittent, or constant. They are perceived in one ear (unilateral phenomenon) or in both ears (bilateral).
